Processing time

Every item is printed to order. Orders are printed and shipped within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Around show weekends, processing can take a little longer.

Tracking

You'll get an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Delivery times after shipping depend on the carrier and destination.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we'll reship it once the customer covers the new shipping cost.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, email us at admin@wasatcheurofest.com and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Damaged in shipping

See our Refund Policy. Report any damage within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it.
