Refund policy

Every Roterstein Euro Apparel item is printed to order after you check out, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for size, fit, or change of mind. Please check the size details on each product page before ordering.

Misprints and damaged items

If your order arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged in shipping, we'll make it right.

• Email us at admin@wasatcheurofest.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and the shipping label.
• Once we confirm the problem, we'll reprint and ship a replacement at no cost to you, including shipping.
• If we can't remake the item, we'll issue a full refund for it to your original payment method.

We may ask you to send the original item back. If we do, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong design or size from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct item at no charge.

Cancellations

Orders go to print quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that haven't been printed yet.

Refund timing

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
